The room was very clean. The room had good quality furnishings, linen, and towels. The staff brought a fan to the room when the A/C was seasonal. It helped. The breakfast selection offered many options.

The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street, it is still in a great location. The hotel is within walking distance to major spots. I did not need a taxi. I could walk to the train station with ease.

The staff was friendly and even accommodated an early check-in,. All the staff were professional, cheerful, and helpful. I appreciated this. The staff fixed issues quickly when I had a question.

The front desk staff provided helpful information . Breakfast offered a delicious selection each morning. My room overlooked an internal courtyard. It ensured quiet nights. The location was very convenient, close to both the train station and the central market.

A slight road work was going on, SOMETIMES causing some disturbance.

The hotel is only ten minutes from the Santa Maria Novella station. It sits just around the corner from the central market. The Cathedral and the Uffizi are an easy walk. We loved the area
